| The best things in life always involve a bit of serendipity, don't they? |
| While working as an executive director at a major clothing retailer, Joanne was planning for an upcoming meeting and asked Susana to create a special dessert. |
| Knowing that chocolate makes any agenda more appealing, Susana created one of Joanne's favorite indulgences - a decadent rice crispy treat laced with 3 kinds of chocolate. (This would later become Caroline's "Triple Chocolate Nirvana".) Joanne's co-workers raved about the gourmet treats, and began constantly requesting them for meetings. Soon there was talk of marketing the yummy dessert creations beyond the confines of the boardroom-and before long, Caroline's was born. |
